Hillside
Had a blast camping here during Memorial Day weekend! It was a great price, super private, no noise from neighboring campsites. We slept so peacefully and were conveniently located to many beautiful trails! Host made us feel super welcome and had two adorable dogs. We would highly recommend this spot to anyone who is looking for a laid back camping experience!

Forest Site
We loved camping at Fernwood retreat for Mother’s Day weekend! We had the forest site which was under the trees, close to the communal fire pit, and not far at all from the restroom. The ambiance at night with all the lights was so spectacular. My kiddos still talk about our campsite and ask everyday when we will go back.
Of course the property is beautiful and the sites are well planned out but our favorite part of the trip would have to be Petra’s beautiful dog Bryndle! She was such a welcoming bundle of joy.
Our family would love to go back when the flowers are in bloom and see the full potential of the farm. You can really see the hard work and dedication her and max have put into the property.
Thank you so much Petra for being such an inviting and kind host. We look forward to staying there again.

My fiancée, son and I loved our stay at the Hillside campsite. All the essentials for camping were provided and Petra was very accommodating and generous. After walking around the property we 100% recommend any campsite, they are all perfect in their own way. 10/10 would recommend.

Forest Site
We loved staying at Petra's farm! We've stayed at many hipcamps and this was one of the best we've stayed at. The property is super well maintained and there's clearly been a lot of thought and effort put into it. The sites we're clean and had tarps over the picnic tables, there was a macerating toilet just put in, and there's a big communal fire pit (and lots of firewood to use!)
We stayed in the forest site which was closest to the house. If you want complete privacy this site might not be for you but it is closest to the firepit and the toilet.
Petra and her dog were super welcoming and friendly, and we felt super safe staying here!

A beautiful little hideaway to camp and enjoy nature! Petra is so welcoming and kind, and the pups were as well! Would definitely return.
